Critical Problem EscalationA critical problem is one that has major impact to you; for example, it causes the system to be restarted issues. When a problem is reported as critical, and qualified as a defect, PSI will either: 1. Assign an engineer to work on the defect until a satisfactory repair or work-around is devised, or 2.
