Introduction to The PRO Board

The Board of Directors of The Plantation Residents Organization, PRO Board, is composed of nine members. They are all volunteers, elected by members of the community. Three members are elected each year for a three year term. There are four offices on the board; The President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

The Board meets the 1st Monday of each month in Hermitage Hall at 7 PM. All members of the community are invited to attend and participate.

Letters and written comments to the Board may be left at the Activities Office in The Manor. (Letters and written comments are acknowledged only if signed). Opportunity is presented at each Board meeting for residents to speak to issues of interest. All comments by those in attendance are welcomed and recorded.

Following the monthly meeting, the Board meets with the  management to discuss appropriate issues that have been presented and/or discussed. Minutes of the monthly meeting along with a summary of the meeting with the developer are posted at the postal center bulletin board, on this web site, and reviewed at the next Board meeting.

This organization, incorporated in 1989, is open to all homeowners. This is YOUR organization and YOUR voice in the community.

The Plantation Residents Organization (PRO) meets annually (April) to elect members to the Board, to review past year activities and to discuss any pertinent issues.
