About Procenium Circus

Proscenium Circus (PC) welcomes all students of ABRHS who are interested in any aspect of creating theater. This ranges from performance, to design and technical production, to the business of producing a show.

	Performance includes acting, scene study, singing, dancing, stage movement and fight choreography, improvisation, directing, playwriting, and drama competition
	Design and Technical Production includes set design and construction, set painting and decoration, lighting, sound, stage managing, props, costuming, hair and make-up design
	Business includes publicity, ticket sales, house management and production assistance

The primary focus of PC is learning and doing. Through this organization, students have many opportunities to expand and enrich their knowledge of theater arts by:

	performing in a variety of productions;
	participating in ongoing special classes and workshops;
	being actively involved in the design, creation, and production of shows with adult collaboration and guidance.

PC meetings are generally held every month and often feature special guests and topics. Meeting information is posted on this website as schedule is confirmed. The meetings are open to any student with an interest in theater.
