How to order spare parts...
E-mail is the fastest:
Enter "***Parts Order***" in your subject line of your e-mail and it will go directly to the parts dept.
1. Give us a good description of the part: example (2.3 gpm General Pump #WM231CL)
2. If you don't have a good idea, simply take a picture of the part and e-mail it to us.
3. We'll need a detailed description of where the parts are to be sent, vessel name, moorage location, phone number, e-mail, etc. in order to get you the correct price.
4. Parts are shipped pre-paid. We will give you a cost including shipping for your approval.
4. Taxes, duties, customs fees and tariffs are not included and are the responibility of the buyer.
