PRO 500/900/1200 Gallon Per Day Frame-Mounted Watermaker System

The PRO Series Frame-Mounted Watermaker is compact and available in 500, 900, or 1,200 gallon per day models.  The PRO Series Frame-Mounted Watermaker is fully automated with water salinity monitor and product water diverter valve – an essential tool to keep salt water from contaminating the storage tank.  Onboard cleaning valve with low-feedwater shutdown protection prevents reverse osmosis pump from running dry and overheating, hour meter to record time and maintenance, high and low liquid-filled pressure gauges, all in a compact powder-coated aluminum frame.  The frame measures only 13” high x 14” deep x 22” wide.

• Compact, durable, and quiet 316 stainless steel reverse osmosis pump for high-pressure desalination.
• High efficient magnetic drive feed pump delivers positive feed water to reverse osmosis pump, membrane cleaning recirculation, and system flush.
• Control panel includes: flow meter for product water flow monitoring, dual liquid-filled gauges for membrane pressure and feed pressure monitorings, three buttons with lights for starting the feed pump, r/o pump, and shutting off the system, digital product water salinity monitor, high-pressure on/off valve, corrosive-free hour meter, and seawater recirculating valve.
• Replaceable high rejection / high yield membrane element that produces high quality product water with average three years of service.
• Twin pre-filters module with reusable 20-micron and 5-micron filter elements prevents larger particles from entering the system.  It comes with mounting brackets.
• Transparent sea strainer comes with a reusable screen filter for large particulate removal and easy inspection.
• Fresh water flush module with chlorine blocking carbon filter flushes out corrosive particles and reduces biological fouling in the membrane and reverse osmosis pump between operations.  This flush module is standard, compared to Sea-Recovery’s optional flush system.
