The PRO Series Modular Watermaker System is a popular choice by many yacht and workboat owners because of its flexible installation. All of the components needed for reverse osmosis desalination are custom installed by placing them in any available space onboard. Boats as small as 25 feet are now capable of making fresh water at a rate of between 20 to 50 gallons per hour. The PRO Series Modular Watermaker System is compact and fits in small quarters such as engine compartment, closets, and cabinets. This watermaker comes with an aluminum powder-coated white control panel that can be wall mounted for easy viewing. An AC generator or onboard engine is required to power the PRO Series reverse osmosis process. The PRO Series comes with three available models: 500 GPD, 900 GPD, and 1,200 GPD. The PRO 900 can easily be upgraded to 1,200 with additional membrane and pressure vessel without needing bigger pump and motor.

Fresh Water Flush Module with chlorine blocking carbon filter flushes out corrosive particles and reduces biological fouling in the membrane and reverse osmosis pump between operations. The Flush Module is standard.
Up to 5 feet of High-Pressure Hose Assembly with two 316 stainless steel Swagelok hose ends connect the reverse osmosis pump and the pressure vessel. (We charge additional $5 per foot if over 5')
Handheld Digital Water Quality Meter for product water monitoring.
15 feet of supply hose.

Control Panel:
This is the control panel for the Modular Watermaker System. It has a product flow meter, dual liquid-filled gauges, and regulator needle valve. The control panel comes with brackets for wall mounting.
Reverse Osmosis Pump and Motor:
The heart of the PRO Series Modular Watermaker is the Reverse Osmosis Pump and Motor. Close coupled directly to the motor frame, there are no belts to break and this arrangement also saves space. The motor is totally enclosed, fan cooled, single-phase 115 volt or 230 volt. The R/O pump is made from a 316 stainless steel alloy to prevent corrosion from seawater.
Pressure Vessel and Seawater Membrane:
The tube pictured top right is the pressure vessel is where the seawater membrane element (pictured lower left) purifies the seawater into fresh water at 800 psi.
