Warranty Policy

PRO Watermaker will warranty your watermaker against manufacture defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.  We will not warranty equipment that has been abused, improperly installed, or systems that have been run dry resulting in reverse osmosis pump or seawater membrane damage.  Seawater membranes are covered on a 3-year pro-rated policy.  For example, if your membrane is 1 year old and fails, we will credit you 2/3 the cost of a new one.  Membranes are not covered if oil is found to be present inside or if they have not been flushed and preserved properly.  If you do experience a manufacture defect and want to make a warranty claim, simply contact us at prowatermaker@comcast.net and we will replace or repair the defective part.  We will not be responsible for freight or field labor.
