Creative Planning Session

July 19, 2003

A "Creative Planning Session" was held at Norwin Alliance Chruch on July 19, 2003. The purpose of the session was to receive input from the congregation concerning the FRC. The session started at 8:30 AM and lasted until 11:45 AM. The session was attended by 33 people.

The first part of the session included a presentation on the purpose of the building program by Pastor Norris and a summary of the congregation survey by Roy Koch. To view the presentation click the following link:

During the second part of the session the attendees were divided into five teams. Each team was given a specific question to answer. The teams met for about 45 minutes to discuss their question. Next the teams re-assembled and presented the results of their review to all attendees. A period of group discussion then traspired. The results of the team review and discussion can be found here.
During the CPS the Fellowship Committee provided coffee and donuts. This was greatly appreciated by all attendees.
