Building Committee Meeting -
Attendees: Dave Cain, George Kemp, Roy Koch, Jim Nelson, Carole Sarber, Bob Tierney, and Pastor Wood
1. Prayer
The meeting started with prayer for various needs of the church congregation.
2. Review of architect's proposals
Letters were sent to 8 architectural
firms requesting proposals for the FRC work. The work scope was for completion
of the planning phase of our building program. Proposals were received from
five architects. At this meeting each of these proposals was reviewed in detail.
It was decided that four of the firms were candidates for our work. The fifth
firm was a large firm from Pittsburgh with limited church building experience.
The next step is to interview each of the four candidates. These interviews
will be scheduled for early to mid-April.

Today's meeting was adjourned at 10:30 AM.
