Corrections: - Oct 19 06: In the city attacks rebuttal I mistakenly thought I called the consultants "smooth talkers" in the flyer. Actually in this regard, the city document is mostly correct; the flyer did refer to smooth talking citizen's committee. I may have intended to say the consultants and not the citizen's committee. My error. There are so many smooth talkers I can't keep track of them all.
- Oct 9, '06 -- In the report on Measure M, the election for the "TOT tax," was March 5, 2002.
- My public comments on Agenda Item 3. B., March 7 2005 public hearing, Manteca City Council, on the purchase of "TASERS" contained an error in the cost of the "TASERs." The model being purchased costs about $1,000 each.
- Major revision to Manteca Unified School District proposes massive pay increases, Feb 15, 2006. The MUSD disputes the method of compounding interest rates. The agreement is only for one year, not three, technically. Although they certainly did not promise there would be no raises next year or the next. The central issue, the size of this year's raises remains, the disputed chart is removed.
