Kraft Cheese Spread

2 jars Kraft Old English
1 jar Kraft Roka Blue
1 8 oz package Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/8 teaspoon Bottled onion juice -- * see note

Combine above ingredients with cream cheese at room temperature with a stand mixer at medium speed.
Don't use high speed, it puts too much air in the cheese.
Mix until lumps are gone., then store in refrigerator for at least
24 hours to let the flavors blend.

Use as a dip/spread for crackers, carrot sticks, etc. Also good for stuffing celery, Great on hamburgers.

*Note: Use 1/8 teaspoon of bottled onion juice, or 1/4 teaspoon of fresh onion juice (prepared in blender)
  Or 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder

Roka Blue is very seasonal, only appearing on Grocery store shelves for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

A work around is to increase the Cream Cheese to 12 oz.  blend the ingredients with the mixer then add the blue cheese flavor using one of the following.

1.  Put a tablespoon or so of milk in a small bowl, then add a teaspoon or so of blue cheese crumbles and mix into a smooth paste with a fork.
     Blend into the mixed cheese, taste, and add more blue cheese mixture to taste.

2.  Add one or two tablespoons of Kraft Roka Blue salad dressing.  Blend into the Mixed cheese, taste, adjust to taste.
