The solid hardwood iPod case and base (PughPod) was developed to display/view/operate a 5G 30GB Video iPod on a desk, stereo cabinet, or anywhere the white or black plastic look is at odds aesthetically. The iPod connector is accessible through the bottom of the case and base via a mortised slot. The hinged lid provides access to the audio port on top of the iPod unit.
