Everybody has some level of stress. It's how we deal with that stress that counts. Workable levels of stress can motivate us to achieve, push us to excel. When our levels of stress exceed our abilities or tools to cope with those stresses, we may want to look into building more coping strategies or gaining more tools to get tough with stress. We can help! |

| Our Instructors & Staff |
We offer several choices of Meditation and Stress Reduction classes monthly, One-on-One Guided Meditation, and Private Counseling sessions, all to aid in preventing or dealing with the negative effects of stress. We can also custom design classes to fit your needs. We also offer Workshops on a variety of helpful topics. Workshops are often in three part sessions held on multiple days, and topics change monthly. Both evening and weekend appointments are available to insure maximum class participation and availability to those who have more difficult schedules due to work or personal obligations. Classes are kept small so that everyone can have the opportunity for some one on one time with the instructor if desired.
