  Weekly Tournaments:
• 1 Point for participating.
• 5 Points if you win First place.
• 4 Points if you win Second place.
• 3 Points if you win Third place.

o        2 Points if you win Fourth place.

Major Tournaments:

• 1 Point for participating.
• +1 Point if you qualify (all those that make the cut and show up to play)
• 10 Points if you win First place.
• 8 Points if you win Second place.
• 6 Points if you win Third place.
• 4 Points if you win Fourth place.

How the email link really works!

When you click on the email link of the home page, or send an email to PVMCdistribution@comcast.net, you are actually sending that email to

me and my sub-account PVMCdistribution.  The Comcast account can not deal with distribution list forwarding, nor does it properly filter spam.  So my home server goes up to and reads the Comcast Mail account called PVMCdistirbution every five minutes.  It then forwards the message individually to those on the active club roster.  That is as long as the “subject:” does not contain something like: Viagra, nudes, XX, and also RE: and FW:   Many SPAM programs use a forward or a reply in the subject line to get around spam filtering.   Forwards and Replies are also blocked because the members don’t want to be bombarded with six replies to some ones “Sunday morning opening”.

In short…DO NOT REPLY to messages sent to you form PVMCdistribution@comcast.net. (or forward a message to the distribution either.)  

If you wish to reply to a message sent to the distribution list, make your reply directly to that person.   If you reply to the distribution list, it WILL be blocked.   I may catch this and forward it on, but usually hours after you sent it.   By then the spot you hope to fill may have already been filled.   

PLEASE RESPOND DIRECTLY TO WHOM YOU WISH TO CONTACT.   (This goes as well to emails that I send to the distribution, on behave of someone.  Respond to the person you want to contact.)

• A note about email addresses.
  
  If an email gets returned to me because the addressee is unknown or (as often occurs) the addressee's mailbox if full, I will assume the address is no longer in use. I will remove the email address from the member list and remove the address from the automatic distribution. I'm doing this because I have received as many as 30 or 40 'message undeliverable' emails a week.
  
  So check the member list. If your email address is blank, send me an email, and I will add it back in. With some cooperation, we'll get this email system running nice and slick. Thanks.
