The Auction will be conducted on the premises of Unit 305 with on site Registration beginning on August 22nd at 5 pm, by Peter Ziolkowski, the President of Pitcairn, which owns this unit. Brokers must register prior to 2 pm on August 22nd, in accordance with the instructions contained in the Broker Registration Package. Winning bids must exceed the reserve price.
