The Auction will be conducted on the premises of Unit 305 with on site Registration beginning on August 22nd at 5 pm, by Peter Ziolkowski, the President of Pitcairn, which owns this unit. Brokers must register prior to 2 pm on August 22nd, in accordance with the instructions contained in the Broker Registration Package. Winning bids must exceed the reserve price.  Winning bidder for each unit shall make a non-refundable down-payment of $20,000.

The Buy Now Price is valid through 3 pm on September 5th and is subject to the same contract as required for the Auction. All Bidders must register and fax executed Bidder Registration Forms (see below) to the attention of Peter Ziolkowski at 734 239 7834 prior to bidding or on site beginning at 4 pm on September 10th. Brokers must register and fax executed Broker Registration Forms to Peter Ziolkowski at 734 239 7834 or hand deliver to Escrow Agents office by 2 pm on September 10th.

Taxes may be estimated at between $3,000 and $4,500 depending upon the purchase price. Condo dues are currently $250 per month and cover insurance, water, garbage, maintenance, elevator, pool, cable, etc. (see the Association Budget).
