Although the spotlight is most often on Rachel as she drives and interacts with fans, it takes a considerable amount of effort to field any racing team. The Greenberg Racing personnel have a diverse background that includes NHRA Top Alcohol Funny Cars, dragsters, altereds and stock cars, SCCA Formula 2000 road race cars and dirt and oval open wheel and stock cars. The crew includes:
Lyle Greenberg - In addition to owning the cars, Lyle is responsible for all of the final decisions on dial-ins, throttle stop settings, chassis setup, team management and record keeping. He also acts as a driver coach to Rachel.
Butch Blackberg - Much of the mechanical and fabrication work on the cars is done by Butch. Butch's dedication to Rachel and her racing has been exceptional.
Scott Baron - puts his exceptional fabrication talents to good use on Rachel's dragster.
Robert Howard - A big supporter of the Greenberg team, Robert is always ready to help when a particularly difficult fabrication challenge presents itself.
