1. All members, their guests, or candidates participating in a Club event shall abide by the Motor Vehicle Code of the State of Washington and by the laws and regulations of the city, county or circumstances. This includes statutes on driving while impaired.
2. Seat belts are required for all occupants off-road as well as on road.
3. There will be no use of private property without the written permission of the owner of said property.
4. It shall be the duty of all drivers on a club run to keep the vehicles behind in visual contact. If contact is lost, the run leader should be notified by any particular means.
5. Members are responsible for the conduct of their riders and guests
6. Littering will not be tolerated. Pack out what you packed in. Additionally it is always appropriate to pick up litter that some other inconsiderate person (jackass) left behind.
7. Reckless behavior will not be tolerated!
8. The below list equipment is required for all vehicles participating in a club run.
A. MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
1. Safety belt for each occupant of the vehicle.
2. Roll bar/cage for any vehicle with a soft top or no top.
3. Adequate clothing for the weather conditions.
B. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT
1. Fire extinguisher
2. First aid kit.
3. Flashlight.
C. RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT
1. CB radio.
2. Pioneer tools (Axe, Shovel, Saw, etc.....)
3. Winch or "Tug 'em Strap"
4. Tools.
