Northeast Sailplane Products – great source for all sorts of electric plane stuff, especially gliders; "Weekly Specials" area is one of the pages I check frequently, and the "Beginners" section is super. Each plane is rated for the level of proficiency required for building and flying. "Slow Flight" area is excellent, too.
Flug-Modell Simulator - a FREE (yup, I said FREE) R/C flight simulator, thanks to a couple of guys from Germany. They deserve a lot of credit for their efforts, and I hope they eventually realize commercial success, if that's their aim. And, for extra planes for FMS, click here and go to Downloads.
Model Plane Articles by Yours Truly - informative (I hope) and good for a few laughs
Hobby Lobby - good source for a lot of hardware and supplies; has a lot of combination specials with plane, drive system, radio, and "everything else needed" to get the plane flying.
Slofly - really great foam 3D planes and flying wings. Some of the best (and most entertaining) videos of any site I know (go to Micro 22) and check out "Tricks in the Garage."
New Creations R/C - one of the best sources for electric planes & equipment, run by one of the most knowledgeable people in electric R/C, Kirk Massey.
Todd's Models - great source for very small outdoor and indoor planes; Todd's a great guy to talk to, as well.
Vinyl Graphics by Greg - that's where I got all those nice-looking letters for all the planes. Greg can do almost anything; I've even e-mailed him fonts and he's made letters for me from them.
The E-Zone - online magazine dedicated to electric flight. The best site for info on e-flight
Quiet Flyer - the leading printed magazine dedicated to e-flight
Modelair- Tech - Tom Hunt has designed a series of easy-to-build kits using mostly 1/4 x 1/8" balsa sticks; they're a lot of fun to build, and the series covers a lot of different types of planes; also THE source for belt drives.
Eastwind Designs - Al Eastman's site for park flyer plans. I've built the PF Cruiser, and I plan to build more of his designs.
Scullers Jazz Club - one of my favorite places to go for live music; they often have major artists from Brazil; a friendlier place than the Regattabar, which seems not to have been designed for live music.
Malandro Records - a small, relatively new label featuring some truly wonderful music from Brazil; their listener club is worth joining for the cassette previews of upcoming releases. I have many of their CD's and I'm glad I found them.
The Rippingtons Home Page - Great stuff, and you can listen to them while doing work on your computer.
Tower of Power - only the greatest funk band ever to exist in the history of the planet.
