Very Interesting website.
Another case in point is why would the resurrected Lord Jesus appear first to Mary Magdalene even before he checked in with his Father-in-Heaven??? Because she was so special (wife) to him. And, Why did he kiss her on the [????] as a husband might do with his wife. And did Mary Magdalene have a daughter named Sarah when she was exiled to Gaul (France)? At this time it is a matter of faith, but I believe time will later prove that Jesus was married.
There is no proof in the Bible that says Jesus married Mary Magdalene or any other woman! However, the bible is not the only source of information. Their are other books too available (Nag Hammadi library)that build a circumstantial case that makes it plausible that Jesus had to be married, (see Holy Blood/Holy Grail). After all, he is the example of truth and righteousness! It is concidered a sin for a Jewish man to not be married, and also be childless. See notes for Jesus in Bible-Genealogy.com.
I've been designing my own Bible Genealogy diagram, and I am comparing it to others' information that I'm finding on the internet. So, after visiting your website (http://home.comcast.net/~r.engle/) I'm a bit confused about something. Your website contains information that says that Jesus married Mary Magdalene. Although I am reading the Bible, I find no reference to this. Can you tell me where you've found it in the Bible, and what version of the Bible you're using? This concept is also portrayed in The DeVinci Code book which is a work of fiction. Joni Fenderson
