Welcome

The Armenian Women's Welfare Association is dedicated to providing "care" to the community. Since 1915, the A.W.W.A. has helped hundreds of Armenian elderly and their families find comfort in a peaceful, warm and uplifting environment. Through its experiences over the past 92 years, the A.W.W.A. has demonstrated how caring and compassionate women can make a difference in the lives of others.

Our Mission

The A.W.W.A.'s mission is to use its capacity for "caring" to improve the quality of life for members of the Armenian community, whether it be through aid, relief, or education. As the needs of the community change, so too does A.W.W.A.'s role as a service organization dedicated to the well-being of all Armenians.

Profile

The A.W.W.A. membership operates under the direction of an elected Board of Directors. This allows the A.W.W.A. to utilize its resources collectively and to effectively implement its goals.

Contact Information

As a thriving and active organization, the A.W.W.A. welcomes new members of the community to join in its mission. Whether one enjoys working on fundraising events, has an appreciation for service to and health-care of the Armenian community, or enjoys the camaraderie found when working with a group of peers, the A.W.W.A. welcomes women of all ages, interests, and talents to become part of its group. As the A.W.W.A. begins to set new goals and embark on new projects, it will continue to be a leader in providing service to the Armenian community. Don't miss this opportunity to become a part of a great organization!
