ANRC Click here to go the Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation Center web site The Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a non-profit facility located in Jamaica Plain owned and operated by the A.W.W.A. It is home to 83 residents from the Greater Boston area, Armenian as well as non-Armenian. The management, staff and the A.W.W.A. Board of Directors work tirelessly to maintain the standards reflected in its impeccable services today. The ANRC has gained a reputation both in and outside the community for being a premiere facility in the state. The A.W.W.A. organizes numerous activities at the Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for residents and their families. The elderly cherish their heritage, and it is the A.W.W.A.'s goal to preserve and perpetuate that culture by ensuring that the ANRC provides a warm and caring atmosphere rich in Armenian tradition. Events are run throughout the year and include holiday parties, an annual picnic, and numerous visits from musicians and clergy. At each event, members of the A.W.W.A. gather with staff and residents' families to enjoy lively and uplifting entertainment with the residents. |
