We are located in the heart of Hampton Beach., adjacent to the Hampton Beach Casino Arcade.  The large playground and bandstand are steps away from our front door.

We offer a variety of rooms for 1 to 6 individuals, with many of our units having interconnecting doors.  PLEASE NOTE:  For the comfort and convenience of our guests, NO SMOKING is allowed in any of our units.  SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED OUTDOORS, decks & courtyard.  All our units are equipped with cable TV, refrigerators (small or large depending on units), air conditioning, microwave oven, and private ¾ baths.

For your comfort and convenience, we have a ground floor viewing deck to sit, relax and chat in; a gorgeous, private Courtyard with picnic tables and 2 gas grills, that all our Hotel guests may use at any time.  We also have water & soda vending machines  for your convenience.  We also offer “Authentic” Hawaiian Shaved Ice with 49 delicious flavors for you to enjoy and “cool” off  on  those warm, hot sunny days!
