The past six months have been spent in fine-tuning the
manuscript in response to reviews by various agents and publishers as well as
other authors who have graciously offered their advice and assistance. A tentative arrangement is now pending with
a publisher.
The original working title, Incredible Victors, has
been replaced by its new title that you see above. The phrase is a portion of the Midway inscription at the National
World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C., and it’s a quote from the foreword
to Walter Lord’s Incredible Victory.
This new title avoids any possible conflict or confusion with the
more familiar work by Lord.
The manuscript is now complete and undergoing
proofreading by an independent editor.
A tentative agreement for publication and marketing has been reached
with a literary agent.
Web site established.
At this time, the author has completed about half of the manuscript and
is seeking a publisher.
