Ignor error message about margins and specify, when asked, to print frames individually. Cut the 8 1/2 by 11 sheet the same size as the book (6 x 9) and use rubber cement on the left most 1/4 inch. Attach to the inside front cover. Then get yourself 5 Hi-lighters or pens of different colors and mark the appropriate pages of the book with colors matching the index as an aid in finding the proper pages. Use each color successivly. Please report any errors. (Updated 8/1/2002)
