

Aftermath, here's what we tasted during the party:
Then spent some time this weekend working on the railroad.
Repaired the frame for the Erie gondola car:
Rebuilt the chassis of my grandfather's old cattle (stock) car (green), new couplers too.
Both that and the Erie gondola are now back on the rails:
Also took my grandfather's old circus train and ran that around for a few laps:
These babies run great and show amazing attention to detail:
Now that's fixed, I can start running longer trains!

Added wired joiners to get power to the new sidings:
Decided to chisel out a hole for the auto-decoupling magnet:
