Back in 2000 I decided to get back into playing chess more seriously,
so I entered 4 tournaments here in the bay area.
My record was 9-7-2 in tournament play, so I was doing ok!
But the good news is that I increased my USCF rating by 186 points to 1187!
Someday I'd like to get up to about 1300, then later maybe 1500 or 1600,
but that will take some serious work! ;)
I need to get more disciplined about using the clock and watching out for blunders! (duh!)
