- Low Temperature Service Design meeting Impact requirements – For design requirements, material selection and quality control requirements
- Nozzle loads analysis based on WRC 107 – Nozzle loads as well as other external forces like lifting lugs, etc.
- Wind and Seismic Analysis – Meeting various codes and user specifications
- Foundation Load Analysis on Anchor Bolts – Based on vertical loads and turning moments due to wind, seismic, and other external loads
- Coordinate Finite Element Analysis for Large Opening – To provide user specifications, analysis the results and arrive at workable solutions
- Pressure Vessel and Exchanger design per ASME, BS, TEMA and other International Codes and Specifications
- Thermal rating of heaters – Sizing of electric heaters, coordinate with vendors for thermal design of exchangers and water-bath type heaters

- Instrument selection including flow measurement – Based on P & ID and user specifications
- Instrument Data Sheet – Prepare data sheets per ISA format
- Design and selection of Control Valves including pressure regulation – Selection of control valve meeting specification and noise level restrictions for pressure regulation
- Design and selection of Pressure Relief valves - Both for thermal expansion at external fire condition and for failure of controls
