1. Designed and engineered Fuel Gas filtration assemblies and air filters to meet Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) for CE marking using ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and ASME B 31.1 design code. Scope included Particular Material Approval (PMA) and Essential Safety Requirement. Module G, Module B1 +F. Did seven such packages. Coordinated with Notified Body for approval of design and system.

2. Performed Fatigue analysis of 66” diameter Dryers, 42” diameter Adsorbers, and 108” diameter Oxygen Storage Tanks for cyclic operating pressures and temperatures in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div, 2 design methodology.

3. Designed and coordinated with City of Los Angeles Building Safety for approval of structural components of skid assembly including platform and ladders of dryer package per AISC Manual.

4. Designed and coordinated with Alberta Boiler and Safety Association for approval of piping systemand adorber vessels for Canadian Registration Number (CRN).

5. Designed complete structural system with foundation loads on pile wit pile location design meeting CSA for gas dryer package and coordinated with Canadian PE for design alidation.

6. Performed mechanical design per ASME Section VIII Div. 2 including support design and localload analysis on large storage spheres diameter ranging from 30 feet to 63 feet per WRC 107. Erection weight of spheres 400 Tons.

7. Designed, engineered and project managed five double walled 10000 Ton Ammonia Storage Tanksper API 620 including associated piping per ASME B 31.3, compressors, pumps, instruments, etc.

8. Designed and engineered waste water system for distillery spent wash with 100 feet diameter unaerobic digester per API 650 and egg-cup support sphere.

9. Engineered components for Nuclear Industry meeting ASME Sec. III requirements.

10. Designed three phase separators on production platforms and transmission industry including separators sized for 2160 psig, 125 million standard cubic feet per day gas flow.

11. Designed packaged piping systems meeting ASME B 31.1, B 31.3 and B 31.8 codes.

12. Performed Wind and Seismic analysis in accordance with various National and International specifications and codes including for Turkey, California, South America in accordance with UBC, IBC, AISC, CBC, NBC, etc.

13. Process designed gas cleaning for an LNG plant, flow rate 1.6 billion standard cubic feet per day using special internal devices to take care of wide flow rates.

14. Designed hundreds of gas filtration, air filtration, steam filtration, liquid filtration systems and packages using candle filters, pleated fiber filters, molded elements, and sintered stainless steel elements.

15. Designed many gas conditioning systems with dew point heating, process heating, pressure regulation, and metering. Packaged such systems to save field work and cost. Operating pressures as high as 2000 psig and temperature 750 deg. F.

16. Performed and coordinated finite element analysis of large opening in pressure vessels.

17. Designed and Engineered equipment and systems meeting various client specifications like Total Fina, Bechtel, Alstorm, Fluor, Jacobs, Exxon-Mobile, Shell, BP, Valero, etc.
