8 Miles NE of Munising

       Directions: Miner Falls is located in the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Go east on H58 from Munising for 4 miles then north on Miner Castle Road for another 4 miles and turn right on Miner Falls Trail. There is about a 6 tenths of a mile easy hike back to the falls.

Notes: There is another small fall in the neighborhood that you may or maynot want to see (it's really not that great, I don't even have a seperate listing for it, but I did get this picture of a sunset while I was there, you just never know when a photo op is going to pop up!). When you leave Miners Falls turn to the right and go towards Miner's Beach. Turn right, away from the beach, towards the Lakeshore Trail. Go to the end of the road and park. Take the Mosquito River trail by the bulletin board 3/4 of the way up the hill and go to the left and you should see this falls:
