Lewis Falls

Water Source:

Lewis River

Height:

30 ft

Area:

South Entrance

Trail:

Roadside

Location:

10 miles N of South Entrance

Notes: Some people will go to great lenghts to get the perfect shot and I'm one of them. The falls are visible from the roadside bridge but I just had to walk down a steep inclined trail to get this shot. My brother was ready with the video camera just waiting for me to fall but sadly I had to disappoint him. Bring your fishing pole because the Lewis River is teeming with cutthroat trout (catch and release only, in-park license required).
