Lower Falls in the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone

Water Source:

Yellowstone River

Height:

308 ft

Area:

Canyon Village

Trail:

Roadside

Location:

Grand Canyon of Yellowstone

Notes: If you go see any one waterfall in Yellowstone this has got to be the one. It's the biggest and loudest and probably the most scenic. It's hard to say what the best spot for viewing this falls is so just go to them all! If I had to pick just one it would probably be the bottom of Uncle Tom's Trail (see previous photo), but be forewarned there are some 328 steps down that you have to climb back up so hopefully you'll do some stairmaster or something before your trip to Yellowstone.
