Appointment Policies:

When setting an appointment, PLEASE right down date and time.  We do not call to remind you, we do expect you to be responsible to remember your appointment. Because we only reserve your space in the therapy room for you, we do charge you for full session for any missed appointment or no shows.  If you have purchased a package of sessions, this session is deducted from your existing sessions left, with no refunds. We expect a 24 hour notice for any reschedules or cancellations or this policy also applies, as we need time to offer your space reserved to another patient in need of that space. If you are a new patient, we do require that you reserve your first appointment with a credit card to guarantee that space. When you arrive you can option to pay cash or by other means in person. If you do not show up the card is charged for the full session you reserved. (This is much like reserving a hotel room or rental car)

Consultations:

I reserve my time every hour for one patient only who has a schedule appointment and has paid for this appointment time. I check my messages 3 times a day to schedule appointments. If when calling you need me to go over your history before you want to make an appointment for a service, this is called a CONSULTATION.  I charge $50 over the phone to your credit card for this  or you can come in with a scheduled consultation appointment just like going to your family doctor or a surgeon.

Patient Responsibilities:

  Come at least 5 minutes early.  When you come into my office, I may be finishing up a session with patient before you,  I ask all patients to sign in, fill out a patient history form (front & back), remove and store jewelry and personal items, go down the hall to the right into the bathroom to eliminate before any service and return to the waiting area and be seated until I come out to take the patient to my office to make payment and then proceed to the therapy room.

  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SILENCE CELL PHONES AND W-H-I-S-P-E-R

if talking. Please respect others receiving treatments already in progress. There is Kagen 9.0 Kagen alkaline water offered in my office for your convenience and herb teas and organic coffee* in the morning (*unless you are an O Blood Type). Help Yourself!
