After animation has been sent to you,  please follow the procedure below:

Step One:

 Detach and save the signature GIF on your hard drive.

 It's best to save it somewhere on you C drive, safe from being deleted by regular maintenance on the H drives.

C:/Signature would be a good place to store it.

Step Two:

 In Notes go to your INBOX and select the Preferences drop down from Tools (the wrench icon)

 In Notes go to your INBOX and select the Tools (the wrench icon) then select Preferences

Step Three:

Select Signature and HTML

Step Four:

  Click on the Browse and select GIF image in the Files Of Type drop down

Browse to where you cleverly saved the GIF signature and double click on it.

Check Automatically Append.  Click OK. to back out and active you animated signature.

Lotus Notes will a signature to be no more that 25k.  Please note this when ordering
