Instructions for Windows Mail (VISTA)

1. Go to C: then to program files then to common files then to

Microsoft shared then to stationary and copy the signature in there.

 

2. Open up windows mail and click on create,

 then to the format tab and select stationary then more stationary.

 On the right side click on create and the wizard pops up select

the signature then tell it to put it on the bottom select a font and click OK

 

3. Open windows mail and then go to tools options then to compose put a check in the mail slot.

 Select the signature and now it appears in the window click apply and

 then create mail to see if the signature is at the bottom.
