Not seeing your signature animating/moving??

First, make sure you have saved the attachment as a .gif extension/file.

Second,  if it still is not moving then you are viewing the

 animation with an application that cannot view animations.

  You need to view it with something like iexplorer.exe.

To associate a file name extension with a file type

1. Open Fold Option in Control Panel.

2. On the File Types tab, click New.

3. Type a new or existing file name extension, and then click Advanced.

4. In the Associated File Type list, either click New to create a new file

type that is associated with the file name extension, or click one of the existing file types.

Animation appears to be on a black or dark background??

Make sure you have saved the attachment as a .gif extension/file when you rec'd it.

I create all my signatures as a .gif extension.
