The Rose City Brigade is the Portland, Oregon, area subsection of
Sam's Army, a supporters club formed by and for rabid soccer fans to support
our national soccer teams. More on Sam's Army itself is available by visiting
the Headquarters site. To do so, click on either of the logo images above.
We are loose knit group of people who occasionally gather to watch
US Soccer matches. We also from time to time manage to attend US matches and we
were active in making arrangements for the Sam's Army sections at matches held
here in Portland at PGE Park. While we are all Portland Timbers fans and many
of us hold season tickets for the Timbers, the RCB's focus is on the national
teams. Elsewhere in this site there are links to other soccer sites in the
Portland area including fan/supporters sites for the Timbers. When we go to or
host Sams' Army events for US Soccer matches we can always be found in the
Sam's Army standing section having more fun than
most humans should be allowed to have.
There are no membership fees for the Rose City Brigade. There is
an option for a paid membership in Sam's Army. If you wish to be counted as one
of the members you need only take a look through the Sam's Army HQ site to find
the information and sign up. |
