Sam's Army has not had a designated hotel in Portland for the past several events so you must call your choice of hotel directly for reservations. Hotels are listed in increasing order of distance from stadium. "Near" in reference to light rail means within a 6-10 block walk. MAX light rail line has a stop right outside the stadium.
