Welcome to the Rutherford County Blacksmiths Association.

   
The Rutherford County Blacksmiths Association was first formed in 1975 as a way for smiths to gather and swap ideas and stories.  In 1992 the RCBA began sharing the craft with the public through demonstrations at the blacksmith shop in the Historic Cannonsburgh Village in Murfreesboro TN.  There are many festivals throughout the year where you can hear the anvils ring as RCBA members demonstrate the art of blacksmithing using traditional techniques.
