Paulette Goodman My background is in business. After earning my CPA, I spent several years working in nonprofit hospital administration. Health problems mean that I don't work any more, but the good part is I have time to write. I have reviewed audiobooks for the Chattanooga Times Free Press and AudioFile magazine. My latest project is compiling a family cookbook which includes family stories and pictures. I gave the first volume out for Christmas 2002 and am already working on the second one. I'm not a cook; it was the memoirs that drew me to this project. During the last part of the year I plan to begin a mystery set in Ooltewah with a strong element of the heritage of the Cherokee Indians. Occasionally I write poetry, but it's not my strong point.
