Honey-Line Dressing This dressing is great on Chinese Chicken Salad. This recipe was inspired by one in
the San Jose
Mercury, April 5, 2000.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
grind of black pepper
Optional Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
Directions:
Mix the ingredients, pour over salad.
Serves 1-2, depending on the size of the salad.
