Welcome to my Second Amendment page. This is where you will find political essays and links as they apply to the Second Amendment. I will present links to both sides of the equation.

Before you go any further, I need to warn you that some of you will not be happy with this webpage.
This is a *must* read. It is the 1999 court case from a federal judge in Texas declaring the Second Amendment is an individual right. It is well worth reading for the references and notations contained within it. Second Amendment and the Supreme Court This is a summary of the court cases (with links) covering the Second Amendment and the right to possess arms. It was compiled by Lt. Col. Fielding Lewis Greaves, US Army Retired for the purpose of being shared with others.
I have reproduced the 1982 Senate subcommitte report on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms complete with links to many of the cites and cases. It makes for very interesting reading.
