Dot wouldn't lose her home, just her neighborhood. She'd be cut off from the park, the bus, emergency services. She worries about the 145 homes in Winter's Run whose outlet, currently onto Muncaster Mill Rd., could be diverted to go past her house. She also worries about the nesting eagles and pileated woodpeckers who live on her 1 1/2 acres of land.
