Dear Paul,  received your e-mail  and  I suggested that we do a resolution
on the vulgarity and obscenity  that is use in at Freedom Hill..  I agreed
with you the Sheriff should be able to give tickets and arrest people who
are breaking the law... but I think Sterling Heights Police Department are
the ones that do that... I do not know for sure ... but will check into
it... thanks for your suggestions... We are trying to get this under
