Reef Tank Specifications (updated 3/18/03):
- Size: 215Gal Oceanic Reef Ready (no center brace) with DIY oak stand. My wife and I built the stand from scratch to match the rest of our oak furniture.
- Primary Filtration: 230lbs of Kealini Live rock from Dr Mac. 300lbs Southdown Play sand and 300lbs of Dolomite sand in 175gal sump.
- Supplementarly Filtration: 175 Gal Refugium with various macroalgae.
- Supplementarly Filtration: MRC MR2 Skimmer feed by a Blueline pump.
- Circulation: AmpMaster 3000 return pump. 2 PE-2 Reeftec units in display tank.
- Supplements: MyReef Creations Nilsen Reactor via topoff from H20 Guro 5 stage Ro/DI (controlled by Spectrapure Litermeter III) and a Calcium Reactor.
- Lighting: 72" Aquaspacelight with 3 10KK 250 watt bulbs.
- Additional: Phosphate reactor: Lifeguard F600 with Phosband.
