I am from Michigan..... I started Atkins in July 1999 at 163 and am on maintenance now at 140 lbs, I
am 49 yrs. old.  I am married to a wonderful man Herb and have 3 sons, ages  14, 19, 21.  Up until
recently I was a caregiver for a quadraplegic (6 years).
