Thus all groups are oppressed and to some extent destroyed. Hitler's targeting of Jews and communists became an effective precedent for the targeting of trade unionists, Seventh Day Adventists, Gay men and Lesbians, disabled people, mentally distressed people, Gypsies, etc.

People who have researched the oppressions of the "mental health" system report that Hitler's extermination policies were based upon previous work by the German psychiatric establishment.

The fact is that the program and "methodologies for exterminations" were worked out in the twenties and thirties, before Hitler came to power, by the German psychiatric establishment. By 1938, six killing centers were created, and by 1940 over 100,000 people (mental and physical "defectives") were gassed and buried in pits by psychiatric euthanasia. The first Jews were murdered through the same system of psychiatric euthanasia, at the same centers and by the same psychiatric technicians, before gas chambers were built at the camps themselves. The pseudo-medical facade continued in the camps. Apparently, mental patients were still being exterminated in individual mental hospitals even after the war and the liberation of the camps.

None of this changes the essential point being made about the function of anti-Semitism, but one can be left with the impression that Hitler-inspired death as a solution was then incidentally applied to many other groups including, unremarkably, Mental patients. The biochemical and genetic theories of "modern" Western psychiatry are the direct descendants of pre-Nazi German eugenics and euthanasia. The psychiatrists did not read Hitler, Hitler read and followed the psychiatrists, and it is important for understanding mental health oppression not to obscure this.

14.026 The "mental health" system functions, not for "mental health," but as an overhanging, overwhelming threat against people who rebel against any oppression. "Mental health" oppression is the "stop sign" for all liberation movements. In every other oppression there is a piece of "mental health" oppression which threatens and enforces people to submit to that particular oppression.
