My family and I have started to recycle. We drop our recyclables into the bins outside my brother's school. We are researching hybrids, like which ones use less gas. My parents have stopped speeding up when not necessary, to save gas. We are trying to stop using paper cups, and switch to reusable water bottles. My family started a green business. "Add Your Star" is how you can leave your mark on the world with acts that will help the enviorment, and leave you knowing that you participated in the quest to help the Earth. Just add your star.

Make a star chart. All you have to do is get a pack of recycled paper, or poster board, and draw a chart. Every time you recycle, or use 1 less piece of paper, add a star to your chart. Celebrate good deeds.

Recycle-It's not that hard. You don't even have to buy a recycling service, or buy bins. Just keep separate recylables into cardboard boxes and drop them off at your nearest recycling dumpsters. Drop off the boxes while your there, too!

Fundraise-Help out at local fundraisers or events that work to help the enviornment. Or, have a lemonade stand or other small business and donate the money to an "eco cherity".

Go Hybrid-Buying and driving a hybrid will help the enviornment greatly. It might even save you money on gas. But, even if it doesn't, it'll at least be the same amount of money, and wouldn't you much rather pay money to the car companies who are trying to save the enviorment, then money-crazed gas companies?
