2. I have the right to refuse requests. I will not accept requests for too complicated sprites (unless I feel like I'm up to the challenge), real people, or hentai animes/cartoons/TV shows. I will also not do any original or fan characters unless I know you from somewhere and we are on good terms. I will also not do most shounen anime/manga, but just try and request it. If I at least like the character design, I'll do it. :)
