We are located in a serene office setting, where you will enjoy a relaxing, stress reducing atmosphere.

Renda Beck Coughlan established this BodyWork practice in 2003. Studying various forms of mind/body integration, energy medicine & Body Work passionately since 1992. Renda now offers private EnergyWork sessions, therapeutic massage, as well as M'lis facials & bodywraps.

Kelly P. Crosby, a Cape Cod native, graduated from the University of Vermont. Kelly went on to complete the massage program at the Polarity Realization Institute in 2001. Kelly is known for her fantastic Deep Tissue/ Sports massage, relaxing Swedish massage, soothing Foot Refloxology, as well as our fabulous Mlis Body Wraps & Facials.

Catherine Paulson is a master gardener, professional level Kripalu Yoga teacher who has been sharing her love of yoga and gardening on Cape Cod since 1990. We are very fortunate to have Catherine offering our clients her amazing body treatment; The Ultimate Stretch, Yoga, and
Horticultural Consulting & Design.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a scientific system of manipulations on the muscles and connective tissues of the body for the purpose of relaxation, rehabilitation and health maintenance. Maternity Massage is also available with the comfort of the Prego Pillow.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic foot massage, highlighting the pressure points on the foot with the corresponding areas of the body.
A great treatment for increasing circulation, encouraging energy flow and relaxation.

The Ultimate Stretch
The Ultimate Stretch is a gentle, effective therapy for the treatment of chronic and acute pain, relief is immediate and long lasting. This modality stems from the teachings of yoga & positional release therapy. The ultimate stretch restores balance to the structure, relieving pain due to injury, stress, repetitive strain and postural distortion. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
