To give all potential recruits a little
insight into what we are about I have asked the founders to write a brief description of what they feel the clan
is all about in the hope that it will encourage casual gamers, as well as the more competitive, to join
us and enjoy a gaming experience with like minded individuals.
First however are the T8NT rules of conduct:
Rules of the Clan
These rules are simple, we ask all our members to abide
by them in
order to establish a good reputation in the gaming community. These
rules are also in place to create an enjoyable clan experience for
all members:
- Be respectful, this applies to when you are gaming alone as well as clan matches.
DISRESPECTFUL
BEHAVIOR:- Aggressive trash talking
- Flaming new recruits on the message boards
- Posting
aggressive threads on the message boards
- Racist or Sexist comments toward anyone
- Harassment of any kind
- Good sportsmen like conduct (NO obsessive gloating/complaining after matches)
- NO Glitching or Cheating
EXCEPTION:-
Can be done when playing in friendly matches amongst ourselves if those involved in the match don't have
a problem with it.
- WILL NEVER be tolerated in Clan vs Clan matches
- DO NOT pick fights with members of another clan, C vs C matches should only be established by Clan Leaders
These rules are meant as a guideline for all members.
If we all follow these guidelines, these will be the only rules
Disciplinary Actions
If any member violates any of the rules mentioned above
they will be subject to discipline for their violation. The discipline
process will be handled as follows: - Written warning describing
the violation
- Sent via e-mail and PM through the message boards
- Written warning, demotion (if applicable), and restrictive
access to the message boards
- Access will be reduced to replies only
- If the offender continues to violate the clan's rules they
will be removed from the clan
About the T8NT
Clan T8NT was originally started as nothing more then a joking prefix on a game that provided light
clan support. We, the founders, started it as a way to recognize one another and to let others in the room know that we preferred
to be on the same team. However, in doing so we found ourselves facing off with other clans, and after we came away with victories
on several occasions. I began to think that maybe we could compete in some of the Xbox Live tournaments. Unfortunately, we have yet
to do so, but the passion that most of our members had for the concept of our clan becoming more organized lead me to create this
site and our message boards. We wanted to see if their is an interest, outside of our little circle, for others to join a group
of gamers that are usually on around the same time together to game casually. Also we are looking for others with a competitive
spirit and GOOD sportsman like conduct to join the more competitive in our group in clan vs clan competitions and Xbox Live
Tournaments, to help make a name in the gaming community for the "T8NT"
